Our Founder
Evolve Skin + Wellness was created from a vision—to redefine the way we approach skin health, self-care, and overall wellness. For our founder, skincare has always been more than a treatment; it’s a balance of science, intention, and experience.
With a foundation in both aesthetics and communication, she brings a thoughtful, educational approach to every client interaction. After receiving her aesthetics license from the Palomar Institute of Cosmetology in San Diego and earning a Bachelor’s degree from UC San Diego, she continued to advance her expertise through specialized certifications in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, and dermaplaning.
Her philosophy is rooted in results without compromise—prioritizing skin integrity, long-term health, and treatments that deliver both visible improvement and a sense of restoration. This same philosophy extends to the team she has built: skilled, like-minded professionals dedicated to elevated, personalized care.
For over 14 years, Evolve has been more than a studio—it’s been a space for connection. Each client relationship is valued, each treatment intentional, and each experience designed to feel both refined and welcoming.

Kristi Ryan is a holistic and integrative wellness practitioner dedicated to helping clients feel more at ease, balanced, and connected in their bodies. With nearly two decades of experience, she provides therapeutic massage and specialty bodywork using a variety of techniques tailored to each client’s needs, including targeted release, relaxation-focused massage, and integrative approaches to support chronic tension relief, injury recovery, and overall wellness.
Kristi meets each client with curiosity and attentiveness, tailoring sessions to individual needs. She also offers holistic nutrition coaching, helping clients make informed choices to support energy, vitality, and overall wellness. She is currently expanding into botanical and medical aesthetics, offering evidence-based skincare and facial treatments with a wellness-focused approach.
As part of the team at Evolve Skin + Wellness, Kristi brings warmth, professionalism, and client-centered care to every session, helping clients feel calmer, more balanced, and supported in their wellness journeys.
