  • Please complete your intake form (sent via text or email) prior to your appointment. Arrive a few minutes early and communicate any specific concerns or goals for your session.

    Wear comfortable clothing and remove jewelry when possible. Hydrate well the day of your appointment and eat a light meal a few hours beforehand.

    If you plan to exercise, it’s best to do so before your session rather than after, allowing your body to fully relax and integrate the work.


  • You can expect a calm, supportive environment with personalized, therapeutic care. Organic and natural products are used to support both relaxation and results.

    You will be properly draped under a sheet and blanket on a heated table. You may undress to your comfort level in complete privacy before the session begins.
